Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. General Policy
By purchasing from “OPEN LINK COMPANY”, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out in this Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy. Due to the process by which luxury timepieces are acquired, the Company operates under strict return conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Sourced Watches
Any watch acquired or sourced specifically at the Client’s request is considered a final sale and is strictly non-returnable.

2.2 Worn Watches
Any watch that has been worn, handled, sized, unsealed, or otherwise used after purchase cannot be returned under any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, “worn” includes any instance where the protective wraps or packaging have been removed or there are any signs of wear.

2.3 Non-Faulty Items
The Company is unable to accept returns for items that are not faulty, including but not limited to instances where:

The Client does not like the size, fit, weight, or appearance of the watch;

The Client has changed their mind after completing the purchase;

The item does not meet subjective personal expectations unrelated to its condition, function, or authenticity.

3. Faults or Issues on Delivery

All watches undergo thorough authentication and inspection prior to sale. In the unlikely event that the Client believes the product has arrived with an undisclosed mechanical fault or issue:

3.1 The Client must notify the Company in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the watch.
3.2 The Client must provide clear evidence of the alleged fault, including photographs, videos, or a written description.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to inspect or have the watch inspected to determine whether a fault was present prior to delivery.
3.4 This clause does not apply to damage, wear, or faults occurring after the watch has been worn or handled by the Client.

Failure to notify the Company within the stated 48-hour period will result in the watch being deemed accepted in full working and described condition.

4. Warranty

4.1 The Company provides a 1-year warranty on all stocked watches dated 2015 or newer.
4.2 The warranty covers mechanical faults or malfunctions not caused by misuse, impact, water damage, improper handling, or unauthorised servicing.
4.3 The warranty does not cover:

Wear-and-tear;

Cosmetic damage (including scratches, dents, or bezel wear);

Damage caused by improper use or accidents;

Issues arising from third-party modifications or servicing.
4.4 Warranty claims must be submitted with full details and evidence of the issue. The Company may, at its discretion, repair the watch, replace internal components, or arrange service through a qualified technician.
4.5 Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Inspection Prior to Purchase

Clients purchasing in person are strongly encouraged to thoroughly inspect the timepiece before completing the transaction. Online customers may request detailed photographs, condition reports, and further information prior to purchase.

6. Final Sale

Unless a mechanical fault is reported within the permitted 48-hour period (as per clause 3), all sales are considered final.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with the Company, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy.
