Open Link Company is an independent specialist in luxury watches and fine jewellery, based at Castlemead in central Bristol. For over a decade we have bought, sold and sourced authenticated pre-owned timepieces and fine jewellery, and every piece is checked and verified before it is offered to you. More than 2,000 pieces have passed through our hands.
Whether you are buying your first Submariner, hunting a discontinued reference, or letting go of a piece you have worn for decades, you get the same thing: authenticated timepieces, honest valuations, a lifetime authenticity guarantee, and insured, tracked delivery.

Are all your watches authentic?
Every timepiece is checked by Gabe, who is trained in watch authentication, before it is listed. He checks the serial and reference numbers, case, dial, movement and papers, and every watch comes with our own Certificate of Authenticity.
What guarantee do you offer?
Authenticity is guaranteed for life on every piece we sell, backed by our own Certificate of Authenticity. We are always straight about condition and service history, so you know exactly what you are buying.
What is your return policy?
If you buy from us at a distance, online, by phone, on WhatsApp or by video call, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Every purchase is also covered by your legal rights if a piece is faulty or not as described. If anything is wrong on arrival, please tell us within 48 hours so we can arrange insured collection. How do you ship?
We ship with FedEx or DHL. Every shipment is insured, tracked and needs a signature on delivery, in discreet packaging. UK deliveries usually arrive within one to three working days. International shipping is available to selected destinations, with duties and taxes paid by the buyer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by bank transfer or in cash, arranged once you have viewed the piece and agreed the price.
Can I view a watch before buying?
Private viewings are available by appointment at Castlemead, Monday to Saturday. Request a viewing or message us and we will find a time.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our listed prices reflect current market values and condition. They are competitive, and we are open to reasonable offers on select pieces. Get in touch to discuss.
What is the difference between selling and consigning?
Selling gets you a trade price, paid by bank transfer or in cash the same day once we have checked your ID and the watch. Consigning means we sell the watch at retail on your behalf, which usually means more money for you, a little later. More on consignment here.
